What we collect

To find businesses we might help, we use public information: the business listing on Google (name, address, phone, category, rating and number of reviews) and the business's own public website, including any email address the business publishes there. We do not buy contact lists.

When you hire us, we also keep what you send us to build your page, such as your logo, texts and contact details.

How we use it

We use it to build a private preview of a new page for the business, to send a short email about it with at most a few follow-ups, and, for clients, to build and look after the page they bought.

How long we keep it

Previews are private, are not indexed by search engines and are deleted 30 days after they are created, or the same day you ask. Information from Google listings is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only what we need to make sure we never contact you again.

Forms on our clients' pages

Pages we build for clients may use a third-party form service to deliver requests to the business. The business that owns the page decides how it uses those requests.

Your choices

Reply "remove" to any email from us and we will delete your preview and stop contacting you. You can also ask us what information we hold about your business and ask us to delete it.
